Private sessions offer a personalized, therapeutic space to explore your body, your movement patterns, and your overall well-being in a more focused and supported way.

My work bridges yoga, functional movement, and therapeutic application. It is rooted in the belief that meaningful change is possible—especially when working with long-standing patterns, chronic pain, or recurring discomfort. Rather than addressing symptoms alone, we look at how your body moves, compensates, and adapts, creating a more complete picture of what you need.

Through thoughtful assessment and ongoing dialogue, I design a Yoga Plan that supports not only relief, but also greater awareness, resilience, and a sense of agency in your body. There is no single path to feeling better—together, we explore different approaches to help you find what works for you.

Sessions may include a blend of traditional yoga, functional movement, myofascial release, breathwork, and mindful awareness practices—always adapted to meet you where you are.
