Private Yoga Sessions

Private yoga offers a personalized and therapeutic approach to support your individual goals. Through a thoughtful intake and evaluation, I’ll design a custom Yoga Plan tailored to your unique needs and intentions.

In our sessions, we may draw from a variety of tools including:

  • Traditional yoga postures (asanas)

  • Functional movement

  • Breathwork (pranayama)

  • Guided relaxation

  • Meditation and mindfulness practices

Using the holistic principles of yoga, I work with the whole person—body, mind, heart, and spirit—to foster greater balance, resilience, and overall well-being.

  • In-Person Session – $100

  • Zoom Session – $90

Sessions are 60 minutes and tailored to your current needs and long-term goals.
