I help people overcome chronic pain, tension, and a sense of feeling stuck—physically or emotionally—by building resilience through mindful movement, postural alignment, and body-mind awareness. Whether you’re looking to ease discomfort, reconnect with yourself, or shift how you respond to life’s challenges, your body can be a powerful starting point for change.
At Resilient Life Yoga, the work is rooted in the belief that resilience isn’t just a mindset — it’s a practice. One that begins in the body and expands into how we move, feel, and show up in the world.
I guide students of all levels and backgrounds through a therapeutic, awareness-based approach that restores mobility, builds strength, and cultivates clarity and ease. These practices are accessible, intelligent, and grounded in years of experience supporting people through healing, growth, and transformation.
In addition to working with individuals, I also mentor certified yoga teachers through advanced trainings. These programs focus on applying therapeutic principles and nervous system-informed practices to help teachers expand their impact and lead with confidence and care.
