Like many, I’ve experienced my share of physical and emotional pain. Along the way, I discovered that self-inquiry is one of the most powerful tools for building resilience. Staying curious and hopeful is a daily choice - one I strive to make and encourage in others.
I believe that the better you know yourself, the better you can support yourself. Everything needed for a resilient life is already within you; sometimes, it just takes the right tools to access it.
My approach is deeply holistic, honoring the whole person - the physical body, energetic system, and emotional self. Just as the body’s systems are interconnected, so too are the ways we move, feel, and experience life. Whether through movement, breath, or mindset, each influences the other in profound ways.
I blend the full spectrum of yoga, mindfulness, and cutting - edge research on nervous system regulation to help you build resilience. With years of experience across multiple healing modalities, I tailor my approach to support your unique journey. My goal is to empower you with practical tools so you can become your own agent of change and navigate life with greater ease and awareness.
I bring over a decade of teaching experience and have grown a successful yoga business in the Chicagoland area, now expanding into the Midwest. This journey has deepened my ability to meet people where they are and to build communities rooted in resilience and growth.
