ABOUT ME AND MY APPROACH
Like most of us, I’ve experienced my share of physical and emotional pain. Along the way, I discovered that self-inquiry is one of the most powerful tools for resilience. Staying curious and hopeful is a choice—one that I strive to make every day.
I believe that the better you know yourself, the better you can support yourself. Everything we need for a resilient life is already within us; we just need the right tools to access it.
My approach is deeply holistic, recognizing that true change comes from working with the whole person—the physical body, the energetic body, and the emotional self. Just as all the systems in the body are connected, so too are the ways we move, feel, and experience life. Whether we’re addressing movement, breath, or mindset, each influences the other in powerful ways.
I integrate all aspects of yoga, mindfulness practices, and the latest research on nervous system regulation to help strengthen resilience. With years of experience in multiple healing modalities, I tailor my approach to support your unique path. My goal is to empower you with practical tools so you can cultivate resilience, become your own agent of change, and navigate life with greater ease and awareness.
