Example Event Schedule (2–3 Hours):

 

1. Welcome & Mindfulness Introduction (15 min) – A guided breathing exercise to help employees shift into a calm, present state.

2. Gentle Yoga & Stretch Break (30–45 min) – Accessible movement to release tension, improve posture, and boost energy.

3. Mindfulness & Meditation Workshop (30 min) – Simple, science-backed techniques to manage stress and improve focus at work.

4. Closing Relaxation & Guided Rest (15 min) – A soothing meditation or yoga nidra session to leave employees feeling refreshed.
